A&T Logistics a leading US logistics and trucking services provider is seeking a full-time Truckload Pricing Analyst due to increased business volume.

A&T logistics is our main admin hub in the heart of Sarajevo with a large modern office. Our team comes to work every day ready to collaborate and innovate. Our companies consist of ATN LLC, Biz Trucking, and LongHorn Tranz LLC, sister companies that hold over 80 assets and a fast-growing brokerage supporting some of the largest customers in the United States. As a third-party logistics (3PL) company, we provide our customers access to our network of contracted transportation providers.

The Truckload Pricing Analyst will have an integral role in upholding A&T Logistics standard of outstanding customer service in the Transportation industry. This position will be responsible for building relationships with internal Sales and Operations teams, in order to provide accurate truckload market pricing for ATN Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively bid on customer freight, and provide timely quotes based on market conditions.
• Provide appropriate pricing strategies, recommend improvements, and implement as approved
• Utilize internal and market tools to develop pricing proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with operations and sales teams to gain additional understanding of market trends and seasonality
• Maintain communication with operations and sales teams regarding RFP
• Provide quotes for new lanes as requested
• Maintain confidentiality of company information

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of truckload transportation experience, in Carrier or broker.
• High-level understanding of TL 3PL markets
• Expert understanding of market trends (seasonality, industries, factors that impact rates)
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly
• Must be able to adapt to changing needs of pricing requests
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service
• Ability to learn ATN LLC TMS software and systems
• Organizational and scheduling skills
• Effective follow-up skills
